Inspired by Psalms 40
Losing myself in the dance of the living,
My feet are freed from the miry bog
To dance securely upon the rock,
And sing the new song that within me dwells.
Let me trust in you, O Giver of Life.
Grant me wisdom to see pride and false gods.
Keep my eyes fixed upon the truth.
Ever return my erring steps to the path of life.
To discern truth is the greatest gift of all,
To know courage and limits,
To know wisdom and foolishness,
To walk the path of perfect peace.
AA Step 10—We continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it.
